  I had to have a window replaced in my RV on short notice due to an upcoming trip. Racheal in the parts department and Kimberly and Sam in the service department did a great job in making this happen in a quick and efficient fashion. Special thanks to Racheal for great communication in keeping me posted on the status of the window order. I was worried that this wasn't going to happen in time for my trip but they pulled it together for me.

  Glad I decided to go new. The staff at Roanoke Camping world is AMAZING !D JUST SAYING BY THE TIME I LEFT I FELT LIKE FAMILY !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!

  Terrible sales service Came in to view a few different style RVs and campers with the intent of seeing what we would be interested in and with the possibility of purchasing. However, we were told that they didn’t have a lot of time for us because they wanted to focus on serious buyers ( their words). We were never asked if we were serious buyers or not, they used their own judgment and discrimination towards us and decided we weren’t serious buyers. They showed us around to a few in the lot. We found two we really liked , but the salesman never took it further and left us quickly. He took around, I guess, a serious buyer in a golf cart. We would’ve walked out today with purchasing an RV, but due to the lack of sales service, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Don’t bother with your time here unless you fit the looks of a serious buyer.

  We had a mostly positive experience at CW Roanoke. In particular, our sales associate worked with us throughout the process. We found him to be both knowledgeable and personable throughout. The man from the service department did a great job with the new owner orientation and gave us confidence in their service department.

  I gave camping world one star I should have given none my wife bought a camper there a tag along and I wasn't there at all and they kept throwing all these different numbers that are bottom line is she wound up paying $1,000 more than what she was supposed to have bought the camper for they they added over 3,000 worth of stuff which is BS I don't understand how they can keep a license and literally steal money from people
