I received an AI generated answering system and according to the system, it said one was scheduled to be working today. It said I could call the store directly however I have zero access other than Google to the store number. I drive 20 minutes to the store and guess what no state inspector and was told to come back tomorrow.

I’ve been told to take my Toyota truck back to Toyota but it’s too far, too expensive, and they’re always trying to sell you something you didn’t come for. It was refreshing to go close to home and get the quality service I deserve. I will be coming back.

- AMAngel MeadowsMar 5, 20261.0HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HAD THE OIL CHANGED WHICH WAS FINE. NEXT I HAD MY TIRES ROTATED. THEY TORQUED THEM TO TIGHT AND MESSED UP SOMETHING IN MY ROTORS OR BREAKS. IT MAKES TO MUCH ROAD NOISE NOW AND GRABS HOLD WHEN WE HIT THE BRAKES TO STOP. THEY DO NOT WANNA FIX IT THEY WANT ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE AND HAVE IT DIAGNOSED TO PROVE THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG. I WILL NOT BRING ANY MORW VEHICLES HERE NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THEM. ITS SAFER GOING TO WALMART OR ANY OTHER PLACE THAT DOES OIL AN TIRES. I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I GOT IT AND HAVE THEM TELL ME WHAT THEY DID TO MESS IT UP. THEY ALSO HAVE A VIDEO OF WORKING ON MY CAR BUT IN THE VIDEO YOU CAN SEE WHERE MY CAR WAS MOVING SO MUCH FROM THEM TORQUING THE HELL OUT OF IT... ALSO THEY PUT TO MUCH AIR PRESSURE IN MY TIRES. THEY PUT 40 IN IT WHEN ITS LESS THAN 35 ON THE DOOR!!
