- CJC Jnz2 days ago1.0Today I came to Whistle Express to get my car washed and vacuumed. In the middle of the wash, the entire system shut down and I then got rear ended by the car behind me. The site manager Kevin Burelle came over immediately telling me being rear ended was not a big deal and there was nothing to see. My car was still soapy, but he made that determination even with the soap on my car. When I came out of the wash building, I noticed there are definitely areas of damage. I asked Kevin for his business card and he refused. I asked him for his managers information and he refused. I asked for insurance info for Whistle express and he refused then told me there was no need to contact those people because Whistle Express isn't responsible. I asked for the address of the corporate office. He refused. I asked for the city the corporate office is in and he refused. I asked for a refund of my wash and at this time he still hasn't provided the refund... NEVER AGAIN. I now have to figure out how to reach someone responsible for corporate operations with zero help from this location.

They have super awesome staff (from the manager on down, which is really up, because they all take ownership), massive powered vacuums, mat cleaner (if you have rubber mats, let the staff know), and air compressors for the window dry!!!! It’s way convenient, makes you car/truck/SUV shiny (almost mirror finish), and tire shine too!). TRY IT TODAY!!!! This car wash doesn’t disappoint!
