  We were sitting at home on a Friday night and decided we wanted to see how much a 2026 CRV EXL would cost us, so we called West Broad Honda and were connected to Gerard. He was professional, informative and gave us a ballpark number right on the spot, no high pressure salesman stuff. Gerard was the perfect fit for us. A few days later we met Gerard, then reached out via text numerous times and there was not one question he could not answer. And just like that -- boom 💥 -- we have a new 2026 Honda CRV EXL ! ! Life is good ... ! ! ! Thanks Gerard .... ! ! ! ! Randy + Nancy P.

  Not trustworthy at all. This establishment tried to take complete advantage of me. My sunroof wouldn't close fully because the sunshade had gotten stuck. They told me it would be over $1300 to repair, and my extended warranty I purchased wouldn't cover it. I went to another business where the problem was fixed in under 5 minutes! That's a scam if you ask me. This is a disgusting way to treat customers. You should be ashamed.

  Z and his finance manager were awesome best decision I ever made. Relatable people and i never felt like they just being salesman. Car sold itself meeting Z and his team just made it worth it!

  Purchased a new Honda CRV this week and while I love the car, the experience left much to be desired. I left feeling gross and I woke up feeling gross. I waited over 40 minutes to give them my money. Very inconsiderate considering how we negotiated ahead, planned ahead, showed up on time, had our loan and down payment in order, and expected them to be prepared. The worst was the finance guy explaining extended warranty as if I’m an idiot, and pressuring me to buy extra coverages I shouldn’t need (on an 40k car) until the manufacturer warranty runs out. I’m going to pay you gobs of money now just in case this expensive car I purchased has a freak issue. That’s not covered by a manufacturer warranty? It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when his behavior changed after I said no. He also disparaged his sales person getting the paperwork wrong and was visibly annoyed which I didn’t need to be privy to. Someone really needs to address this whole process. It was my daughter’s first experience and should have been a joyful one. The one shining star was a gentleman named big Ed who sensed my frustration and was kind and informative. He’s a gem. All dealerships should strive for better. It’s time to make this an easy, transparent, and stress free process.
