A zero star rating would be accurate. I paid for a handful of expensive repairs recently and discovered one issue remains unfixed. I called and requested to have this issue fixed or receive a refund of the repair. I was told that if I bring in my car, I could pay them to conduct another diagnostic. What?? Why in the world would I, or should I pay for them to diagnose the problem when I am not the one that touched my car first or last after dropping it off and before picking it up?? This is ludicrous and a dishonest scheme to make money from their loyal customers. I am not reporting a new problem. I am telling them the pre-existing issue is not repaired and they're telling me that I would have to pay them again to diagnose the problem that should have been diagnosed when I first brought it in. It seems really odd though that the invoice and my bank account demonstrate this was conducted. Something was overlooked and I have to pay for them to check their mistake or oversight?? No. Now I'm stuck with having paid for something that was not fixed. This is crooked business, potentially violating the VPCA by repair misrepresentation. For those that are not familiar with the VPCA, this tactic is illegal. They don't show the customers the old parts. You don't know what has or hasn't been done. This is officially my last Volvo, and they will never, ever have my business again. Dirty! Despicable! 😡
Volvo's response does not address the problem whatsoever. It's as if I don't understand what I was told when I called about this issue. This is very frustrating because it's clearly written in my review that I was told the policy. I don't need reminding of it in your response. The issue was not repaired. Plain and simple. The problem continued, not started, when I left with my car, and yet, I am still expected to pay to see if, indeed it was their mistake. Clearly it was. Whose else would it be?? Interesting how the response circumvents repair misrepresentation when I specifically mention they do not show you old parts. Is this an attempt to placate me?

Mena is the perfect car salesman! He knows everything about Volvos and how they compare to other vehicles. He helped us by our XC 60 SUV, and he made the entire process seamless and speedy. I highly recommend Volvo of Midlothian!

I would like to highlight the excellent service I received at Volvo. The entire team was very professional and attentive throughout the process. In particular, Camil provided outstanding support, always helpful and detail-oriented. The vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition, and the overall process was smooth and straightforward. It was truly a great experience.
