  This was my first experience getting oil change at Valvoline. I was a bit flustered because I didn’t know I could stay in my car. The service techs were so helpful and friendly. I needed the help because I didn’t even know where my hood release was! I highly recommend.

  Crystal was so patient kind and knowledgeable. They all were very service oriented and the coupon for new customers didnt hurt, lol. I had to let the mgr. Shawn know of the positive experience. Definitely could run toe to toe with larger dealerships They work EXTREMELY well together, are all mannerable, safety focused and just a pleasure to encounter. I def had no clue to alot of what goes on but the explanation and care that went into my visit is a call for a return!! Kudos to the whole team!!

  I like coming to valvoline but when I go to this one particular one Close to my house they always give me the same excuse as to why they can’t change my oil but when I go to a different one, maybe 15 minutes 20 minutes from my house they change it with no problem so it’s like a good and bad experience

  DONOVAN IS THE BEST! I work in customer service management and will be using this visit as training for my team because of how amazing my experience was! I was given the wrong size rear windshield wiper at an different location, and came in to have them see what was wrong (it had been stuck for days) unbeknownst to me they were 15 min to closing! Donovan worked his butt off to get that thing off my car and then after discovering my car required a size they did not carry HE LEFT TO GO TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND FIND IT! Any other place would’ve told me too bad , go find it elsewhere yourself… especially when it’s time to go home … but he took the time to go get it himself!!! My mind was blown. I am referring everyone I know and only going to this location from now on for all services. Please give this man a promotion and a raise , customer service like this just doesn’t exist in this world anymore and it made my week! Thank you!!
