  Andy was the mechanic that helped me! Very efficient and informative. Whole team top tier. Andy, Riley,TJ and sean moved quick and communication is on point . Working in customer service i know its important to have that so the TEAM can be successful and avoid possible issues due to lack of communication!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! Store managers got a great team here!

  Oil change was fast but the mechanics had oil on gloves and left oil all over hood of my car, door handle, etc. that got on my sweater :( the service was fine but please wipe hands with a towel before opening the door to scan the vin or before finishing the service

  I’m not going to be negative. Came for an oil change, they did that, along with offering the typical other things. In their inspection, they noted my power steering was full. It’s leaky as I drive an older truck. It was completely empty when I came and left. Not really that big of a deal, but they did provide it was full and checked. Oil change was good, and would use their services again.

  Customer service was pleasant, and the gentlemen there were kind and well spoken. However, I have visited several times, and more often than not they did not have the oil needed for my vehicle. During my most recent visit, they drained my car before confirming they had the correct oil, which caused a significant delay. I ended up waiting over an hour with my disabled mother, which was very inconvenient. I had already paid for the service, and with my car already prepped, I had no choice but to wait. A $20 coupon was offered for the inconvenience, but it did not feel sufficient given the circumstances. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
