  Great work for a great price and they got our truck done in and out the same day. This mechanic shop is setting the bar very high and I really appreciate the customer service. Keep up the good work guys you now have a forever customer.

  Every time I need service done, I go to this location - especially for inspections and oil changes. Jacob up and Kevin take excellent care of my vehicles and I don’t have to worry about them. They are fair, reasonable, and willing to help.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this shop after initially considering them for suspension and brake work on my vehicle. When I first came in, the owner was helpful and professional, but my follow-up interaction over the phone was completely different. The person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with me as a customer. I asked if I could provide my own OEM parts, which is a common and reasonable request, and was told they “no longer allow it due to insurance.” That’s fine if it’s policy, but the way it was communicated was unprofessional. I then asked if they could order OEM parts instead, and while they said yes, they pushed their preferred MasterPro parts and insisted they were “just as good,” even after I clearly stated I did not want them. On top of that, I was quoted an additional $460 for front pads and rotors labor, which felt excessive, especially considering the rest of the work being done. Overall, the issue wasn’t just pricing — it was the attitude and lack of willingness to respect what the customer is asking for. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to a shop that was more professional, transparent, and accommodating. I would recommend others get multiple quotes and make sure they’re comfortable with how they’re treated before committing.

  I had a really stressful situation with my car after experiencing a major engine failure shortly after purchasing it. Thankfully, this shop made the entire process so much easier for me. They were all professional, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. From the diagnostic process to the engine replacement, they kept me updated and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. What stood out the most was their honesty and attention to detail. They handled my vehicle with care and made sure the job was done right. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Getting a remanufactured engine is a big repair, and they made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for their help and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you again for turning a stressful experience into a positive one!
