Even though the exchange was quick (maybe 5 mins max), he was very personable and helpful. Honestly, it was just nice encountering a smiling face on such a beautiful day. :)

He explained everything so very well and made sure we were getting the best deal we could. The wash was great and we got everything we needed at a good price.
