  Always great service, friendly cashiers and reasonable prices. If you wash your car twice a month, the membership pays for itself.

  The “quality” wash was $10 in October. It is now $12. Asked the employee why the price increase, and inflation was cited as the reason. 20% inflation in 6 months? Give me a break. You are essentially paying $12 to avoid spraying down your car with a hose for 30 seconds.

  Had the worst experience in a car wash here. While in the bay, towards the end, the belt stopped working and my car began rapidly moving backwards from the force. I nearly hit the car behind me. The uninterested attendant came out and asked if I braked or put my car into drive. I said of course not and he said well it’s fine now. Got out after we exited the bay to check if my car was ok and there is a scratch on the side that wasn’t there before. This car is two months old so I’m always checking to make sure it’s fine. Not only that, the car was still filthy. We paid for the tire wash and they were still filthy as well. We reported to the attendant who did not care and he said to just go through again. I can assure you I will never go through this car wash again after my experience. It was scary for myself and my passengers. We have tried to contact someone at Tommy’s several times and have received no response. Please if you care about your car don’t take it through. Added some photographic evidence although they aren’t the best to convey just how dirty it still was.

  Recently moved to the area and the this location is great. Staff friendly, and the wash is good. If you have a SUV or larger car that has any aerodynamic items like spoilers there might be a little water left over after the dryer but this is due to the items on the car doing what they were designed to do. The price of the monthly sub and the car wash itself is a good deal. I think they offer free rags or something like that on the side of the carwash near the vacs if there is a little water left over. The vacuums are good and free. They also have a $3 (I think) package you can buy on the vacuums that include a decent microfiber cloth for getting the little drips on the outside, a window cleaner for inside, a surface wipe for inside and "air freshener" I use that term lightly, not my favorite scent ( kinda smells like urinal cake but to each their own) over all good location and we are happy with our two cars that we take.

  This car wash at Short Pump, VA is terrible. I went earlier this week and my car was still filthy and wet when I came out. The back was still as dirty as when I went in, and I had water marks all over it that had to be wiped off because it wasn't properly dried. I had to clean the windshield and side windows as well. A waste of money, don't use them.
