I came in from 120 miles away. Salesman had several Broncos of different styles ready for me to test drive immediately upon my arrival. They had numerous Broncos on the lot so I was able to see the different colors and all the different packages so I was able to make an informed decision on my purchase. Would highly recommend them for any Ford purchase, even if you are from out of town!

Brought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in due to hyperflashing of the left turn signal I was charged a $190.00 evaluation fee and was told the issue was due to my Sheehy Ford dealership installed trailer wiring and they could either disconnect it or I could just deal with the Hyper Flashing when asked if there was really nothing they could do I was told this was an aftermarket issue and I would need to call them .. now seeing as it took well over a year to get my trailer hitch and wiring put in I said leave it hooked up and I would call the aftermarket dept. well before I had a chance a coworker informed us that our brake light was out .. we called the service department and we were told "ok well it will be $80.00 for another one" so I drove to advance and bought a par of bulbs for about $8.00 and in less than 10 minutes not only fixed the brake light but miraculously fixed the hyperflashing too. So obviously for the $190.00 they couldn't be bothered to check the bulb and simply pushed it off onto the Aftermarket Dept ... this was the last issue so far in a long line of issues I have had with the Sheehy Ford service department

My First contact was with Carlos, an extraordinary sales person who welcomed us and showed part of the models in stock. He helped us select a beautiful Explorer ST Line. The Accounting personnel helped us going through de process of financing the vehicle and obtaining some additional waranties and Ford programs.
