    I have purchased 3 cars from Pearson Mazda, the sales and finance department has always been on point, professional, no haggle about pricing and no all day at the dealership. Services Department always courteous and friendly and I love the new video you receive when your car is being serviced! I will continue to buy my cars from Pearson Mazda and recommend family and friends!

    I recently shopped at Pearson Mazda for a new vehicle. I’m new to the Richmond area but this dealership was recommended by a knowledgeable friend. From the moment I set foot in the showroom I was treated as an old friend. Scott asked what vehicle I was interested in and introduced me to Phil, a Mazda product expert who explained features and benefits of several Mazda products to help me decide which was the best fit for me. During this process there was No Pressure to buy. It was a great dealer experience. As I moved to the purchase decision Phil made sure I received every promotion eligible on the vehicle resulting in a sales price lower than I expected for the vehicle I chose. The actual purchase experience was very professionally done by Heidi and Mike informing me of various options available but at no time doing a hard sell on them. Everyone I met in the dealership had the same customer service attitude which is a pleasant change from previous experiences I had making a car purchase. I now have a new Mazda I thoroughly enjoy driving along with the satisfaction of knowing I got a Great purchase price. I Highly Recommend Pearson Mazda for your next vehicle purchase!

    Great experience. No pressure. EVERYONE was very helpful during the process of learning about Mazda’s various vehicles, test driving some vehicles, and ultimate purchasing a new CX-5. In particular, our sales rep Andrew was AWESOME. He knows the products, he listens to what you’re looking for and makes it happen. No pressure before or during the sale. We actually enjoyed our car buying experience, which has not always been the case. We will buy another car from them when the time comes.

    Peter was GREAT. He was patient and respectful. He took his time to talk to my father and I about all the details of the car which I appreciated. Mike was also very welcoming and helpful. Mike took his time explaining all the options that were available to me when he came to protecting my car. I was afraid because I heard horror stories of bad salesmen but these two were AWESOME! Glad to have gained a rapport with these men.

    BEWARE: Warranty Denied + Police Threatened Before I Even Paid ⚠️ In my experience, this authorized Mazda service center made verbal promises they later completely denied. When I purchased my first tire here in December, I was verbally promised a 2-year warranty with one free replacement. I accepted those terms and left satisfied. Three months later, yesterday I went there as my driver front tire needed repair. They completed the repair first. When I approached the payment counter, I asked whether I would receive the same warranty benefits as my first tire. In my experience, they flatly denied that any such policy ever existed. I told them clearly: if you are not honoring the promise you made, simply take your tire back and reverse the transaction. I had not yet paid a single cent at this point. Instead of handling this professionally, in my experience the staff threatened to call the police on me, a customer who had not stolen anything, had not damaged anything, and had made a completely reasonable request to reverse a transaction. Out of fear for my career and my family, I paid under pressure. I later learned that police have absolutely no authority to force payment in a civil billing dispute. This threat was baseless and may constitute coercion under consumer protection law. Mazda corporate has been notified. I urge every customer to get ALL promises in writing before any work begins here.
