  Great customer relationship and service. Works as fast as they can, while also doing good work. Any issues with my tires, I’m only going to one place. That’s NTB. Rohan and team are trustworthy people.

  Nothing like a surprise tire issue on a holiday weekend - but this ended up being the easiest part of my day. The whole process was quick, seamless, and way less painful than expected. Mike was the real MVP!!! Shout out to my dude Mike - super thorough, incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was handled the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares. And plot twist: there’s a Gabe’s right there in the parking lot. So instead of staring at my phone in a waiting room, I got a little bonus shopping break while my tire was getting fixed. Honestly, elite timing. All in all, a stressful situation turned into a smooth (and slightly productive) experience. 10/10 would recommend. Plugged up and so back!

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to Rohan and Mike. They were both very helpful, friendly, and took their time to make sure I understood everything about my car. I came in for an inspection, and they did a very thorough job checking everything to make sure my car was safe and in good condition. They explained what they found in a clear and honest way without trying to pressure me into anything. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

  Had a great experience. Had a slow leak in right back tire that had a nail in it. I got number for NTB from Google search , the corporate office immediately booked me an appointment at Brook road center and sent it to my email. When I arrived, it was pretty busy, but the manager knew it was important for me to get this fixed , so he said he would work me in. Since I lived close by, he allowed me to leave and go home to get something to eat and drink, and come back an hour later. I appreciate 🙏 that he was considerate and didn't make me wait in lobby. He was able to get me in about 25 minutes later, technician found the nail and was able to plug it. Thank God I didn't have to buy a new tire! I also purchased Rainex windshield wipers and they installed them. It was very tricky and sticky but they managed to replace them (There is no way I could have done this myself! ) They also replaced windshield wipers on my husband's car that I went home and got after I saw how hard it was to install myself. All staff were friendly and took time to explain everything. They topped off my windshield washer fluid and cleaned windshield. They even offered to vacuum but I had just done it earlier. Anyway, they handled our cars with care and concern. Manager gave me a good discount on wipers and tire plug. Very happy with my service and they made me feel like I was amongst friends 🧡. Shout out to Manager Rohan, technicians Jaden, Thank and Reese. They all worked together to make it a seamless experience, and I did not feel like they were out to gouge me for money, they kept it reasonable for me. Thank you! I will be back as needed and would definitely recommend them to friends and family
