  Friendly and courteous staff. It’s refreshing to be warmly greeted when traveling. I used several agencies at this location but no changing now. This is my 4th time within a year with National. The snacks they offer is thoughtful and a nice touch.

  Easy check in/pick up process and even easier drop off. Desk staff was efficient and kind, couldn’t really ask for much more

  Had an excellent experience renting here during the winter storm. DJ welcomed me as soon as I got to the booth and offered me a snack and water bottle. He helped me look through all the vehicles in the Emerald Aisle to find one with AWD. Had a great experience here with DJ going above and beyond to help me find the perfect car.

  As someone who spends close to 200 days a year in a rental car, I can confidently say that National consistently delivers — and the Richmond National location is no exception. I’ve made multiple trips through this location, and every single time the experience has been smooth and professional. Beth has been absolutely amazing at checkout — friendly, efficient, and always making the process seamless. This most recent trip, Moe assisted me at checkout and provided the same top-tier service. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. One of the main reasons I love using National is the ease of the entire process. As an Executive Elite member, being able to use the app and head straight to the car makes travel so much more efficient — especially when you’re constantly on the move like I am. My only recommendation for this location would be to offer a few more luxury vehicle options on the National side (rather than Enterprise) for Executive Elite members. With the amount of time many of us spend on the road, having a broader premium selection would be a great addition. Overall, outstanding service and a team that makes travel easier every time. Richmond National continues to exceed expectations.
