- JHJames HarrisJul 26, 20191.0Took my car in for inspection because they accept walk ins. They failed it saying one of the struts had to be replaced for $800. Suspension has been fine so I decided to wait for an appt with the dealer. The dealer said nothing is wrong with the struts and it passed the inspection. Goodyear charges $20 and they don't know what they are doing. My dealer provides free inspections. I should've waited in the first place. Maybe they just don't understand airmatic suspensions. I'm not going here again!

They were skeptical whether or not they would be able to get it done even though I dropped it off Friday late afternoon and told them I would be fine getting it late Saturday or Sunday. They called me mid Saturday to let me know that one of my headlights needed to be realigned and that was only going to be about $49.50. I told them it was fine since it wasn't going to pass inspection without the realignment. When I picked up the car, they charged me $110 and then acted like I was getting a deal when he changed it to $100. I saw the invoice and they charged an extra $30 just to "reinstall" the bulb. I did not receive a new headlight lamp and this is something I definitely would have been able to do on my own. I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I was not told it would actually be an extra $85 and they were not willing to help me out.
