  I am writing to share my recent experience at your store and to commend the outstanding performance of your team members. I first want to mention that Nikki is absolutely wonderful. From my first personal encounter to every phone call we have had, she has been incredibly sweet and professional even before I introduce myself. I also want to highlight how Allison and Chris handled a very difficult situation yesterday, April 9th. A customer came into the store acting very rudely and loudly expressed her frustration to everyone present. Despite the customer's refusal to comply with simple questions or even hand over her ID, Allison remained incredibly patient and apologized for the inconvenience multiple times.When Chris stepped in to assist, she also handled the interaction with remarkable grace, even as the customer became more upset upon realizing she was speaking with the manager. Both employees displayed outstanding customer service and compassion during a very unpleasant interaction. I am so impressed by the professionalism of these three ladies that I plan to rave about their conduct in every meeting I attend regarding customer service and conflict resolution. They are a true asset to your team.

  Excellent service even though they were extremely busy. The rental car was clean. All of the people I dealt with were very helpful.
