  This experience was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about unfair and potentially discriminatory treatment. Amy Truong (Branch Manager) called me at work to process a payment to extend my rental. While on the phone, my card declined due to a fraud alert. Instead of allowing me to resolve the issue, she abruptly ended the call. Within minutes, she sent an email—copying other company representatives—demanding immediate payment and stating my account would be sent to Risk Management if not resolved. This escalation felt excessive and unnecessary, especially since I was never given a chance to fix the issue. When I went into the branch, she gave me a different total than what was originally quoted and refused to use my card—even though she said she could override a technical issue. There was no attempt to help or problem-solve. I was simply told to return the vehicle. After that, my significant other tried to rent a car. Amy refused to rent to her without even asking for ID, checking her rental history, or following any normal process—just because she had been with me. My significant other has a different address, different last name, and a positive rental history. Amy stated, “Renting is a privilege and I have the right to refuse rental to anyone,” and said my significant other would still be denied even if she returned another day. The way this situation escalated so quickly, combined with the lack of communication and refusal of service without any evaluation, felt targeted, unfair, and potentially discriminatory. I would strongly caution others about renting from this location.

  This location help get me a reasonable replacement car when the one I booked was not available at another location. Their pressure washer wasn’t working so the car was dirty on the outside. Friendly and very helpful staff.

  Was having an issue with a car I picked up at a different location and Amanda was able to take care of me quickly. Very impressed with this location and happy with the service and professionalism.
