I had a great experience working with Jordan Bell during the purchase of my car. He was extremely kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, not only to me but also to my dad, which I truly appreciated—it made us both feel comfortable and confident in the decision.
What really stood out was his understanding and compassion. I had my baby with me, and when things got a little hectic, he remained calm, kind, and accommodating. That level of patience and professionalism meant a lot.
Overall, he made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and genuinely caring salesperson.
Barely 2 weeks into having this vehicle and there’s already been issues with it, which is sending me into absolute rage. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from enterprise, even though they have the Carfax and it could be squeaky clean a lot of the time they don’t actually report the issues that the car has with it. I’m agitated because all I wanted was a reliable car after having a long tedious search to find a new vehicle. I spent so much money to get this car and having issues within the first few weeks is something so sick so. just let it be known you can’t trust car rental sales, and you can’t trust dealerships anymore. so crooked, two weeks later I’m having “all of a sudden” electrical issues with the car. After taking a car to the dealer the mechanic said IPDM issues they more than likely knew this issue before they sold it and didn't disclose it and unfortunately in the warranty it doesn’t cover the electrical issues and and I’m SOL now I have to pull money out of my ass,to get this fixed all because they more than likely knew about the electrical issue, the guy who sold me my car, went on with the fakest “I feel so bad” yea okay you mention about how y'all all of a sudden recently been cracking down on “no longer covering electrical issues in the vehicles because too many people are having issues with their vehicle” and at that point it’s like OK well, if people are constantly having electrical issues with the vehicles YOU’RE SELLING, what kind of crappy vehicles are you selling?.
Please don’t go here to buy a vehicle especially in this struggling economy playing in peoples face and pockets is crazy! 1/10

Bought a ‘24 Mazda CX-30 a few weeks after my van was totaled with amazing help from Marcus and Jordan. Marcus was the main salesman I was connected with, although Jordan was still very helpful in getting info I needed (over text or call) or just letting me know when Marcus was available when I was at the location. They both made the process extremely easy and stress free, like buying a car from a close friend. Marcus made sure every question I had was answered, every concern addressed, and especially made sure my mom/financial advisor understood the way they crunched the numbers as well as everything that might’ve been explained out of her presence.
Long review short: Huge thanks to Marcus & Jordan (and the enterprise team)! Definitely recommending this location whenever someone’s looking for a car to buy.

I had a great experience at Enterprise Car Sales, all thanks to Tony. He was very informative and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was that he really listened to me and made sure I stayed within my budget. He didn’t try to just sell me anything — he genuinely cared about helping me find the best option for my situation.
Tony didn’t just do his job, he treated me more like family, making sure I got the best value for my money. I truly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

The customer service I experienced was truly phenomenal—without exaggeration. I worked primarily with Ray, and although he mentioned he is new, he should absolutely be proud of the way he handled the process. His drive, determination, and genuine effort to learn and excel were evident through his outstanding work ethic. Delonte was equally impressive, stepping in to support Ray whenever needed and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their collaboration perfectly reflected the strong teamwork culture at Enterprise. In fact, several other team members also stepped in throughout the process to ensure I was always assisted and that none of my questions went unanswered.
Having purchased two vehicles previously through traditional dealerships, I can confidently say those experiences often felt overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. This experience, however, was completely different. There were no haggles, no hidden loopholes, and none of the stress that usually comes with buying a car. As a woman completing this process on my own, that meant a lot. It often feels like you need to bring someone with you to ensure you receive a fair deal or the “real” dealership experience, but that was absolutely not the case here.
I’ve already shared my experience with many people because it truly stood out. Moving forward, I’ve decided that Enterprise will be my first choice when purchasing a vehicle. I left with an affordable monthly payment, a 2024 model vehicle, all of my documentation organized, and every question I had thoroughly answered.
Honestly, there was nothing about this process that I didn’t enjoy. Everything—from start to finish—was quick, seamless, and efficient, including the approval process itself. It was an exceptional experience all around.
