  Purchased a new Honda CRV this week and while I love the car, the experience left much to be desired. I left feeling gross and I woke up feeling gross. I waited over 40 minutes to give them my money. Very inconsiderate considering how we negotiated ahead, planned ahead, showed up on time, had our loan and down payment in order, and expected them to be prepared. The worst was the finance guy explaining extended warranty as if I’m an idiot, and pressuring me to buy extra coverages I shouldn’t need (on an 40k car) until the manufacturer warranty runs out. I’m going to pay you gobs of money now just in case this expensive car I purchased has a freak issue. That’s not covered by a manufacturer warranty? It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when his behavior changed after I said no. He also disparaged his sales person getting the paperwork wrong and was visibly annoyed which I didn’t need to be privy to. Someone really needs to address this whole process. It was my daughter’s first experience and should have been a joyful one. The one shining star was a gentleman named big Ed who sensed my frustration and was kind and informative. He’s a gem. All dealerships should strive for better. It’s time to make this an easy, transparent, and stress free process.

  From the first call to the initial meeting , with sales consultant, G. Villacortia until we completed the purchasing of my vehicle this young man treated me like family. As an elder 79yr old woman who hasn't purchased a new vehicle in 23yrs, I was very anxious and nervous. Mr Villcortia took all the time in the world needed for me to understand the process, explain and answer all questions and at least over an hour or more to go over everything in the auto, repeating things as much as needed for me to understand in the most polite and respected way. He even found a rebate from Costco to add additional monies for my 23yr old trade in. He was so courteous throughout, respecting my age when I asked him to repeat and go over all the bells and whistles of things a great deal of time. I love my new Honda CRV. I am employingThe Page Auto Group and the manager there on West Broad Honda not to be "Boobs" and should most certainly reward this valued consultant and hope another dealer doesn't find out about him and snitch him away.   I recently purchased a new vehicle from West Broad Honda. I highly recommend this dealership--this is the third car I have purchased from them. My salesman this time was Marcus Freeman, and the experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership, with any salesman. He was interested in helping me select the correct vehicle, was responsive to my needs, did not pressure me in any way, and genuinely and successfully attempted to put me into a vehicle that I could afford and that I would like. When I am in the market for another car, I hope that I will again be able to work with Mr. Freeman--I trust him completely.

  We didn't plan to purchase a vehicle the day we visited West Broad Honda. Told ourselves we were just going to look around to see if the new CRV lived up to the positive things we'd heard. All that changed after meeting Zubir. His kind and helpful demeanor put us at ease immediately. There was no pressure, just clear and concise answers to our questions and wonderful attitude! This is the way a car buying experience should unfold. We left with a 2026 CRV and a great story to share about our buying experience.

  Recently, after much thought and consideration, my wife and I decided it was finally time to purchase a new vehicle. We began researching high-occupancy vehicles and quickly focused on the 2026 Honda Odyssey as the right fit for our family. After visiting several dealerships, we chose one and moved forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, by the end of the process, we felt somewhat misled about what was included in the package we believed we were getting. By that point, the deal had already been finalized, and we left feeling disappointed and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, that’s when we were guided to the wonderful team at West Broad Honda. From the moment we connected with them, the experience was completely different. They were attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping us resolve our situation.
