It’s not integrated with the Honda app, scheduling online doesn’t work, and when you call, the phone rings until someone picks it up and hangs up on you. This is been my experience the past 3 times scheduling. I have to call again and again until I get lucky enough to be able to leave a message for a call back. It’s like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment there. Management, pick a random day and try to schedule something for yourself, look at the experience you’re providing your customers. I can’t wait for the short pump location to open.
