- MBMichael BaezOct 24, 20265.0In today's world unfortunately lackluster customer service is expected, you call a place and get an automated service answering the call or someone who does not want to provide service over the phone. Today was different I called to find out if my coupon that had been sent to my phone via text had an expiration date, Christian answered my call and right away I could hear his excitement in his voice he was energetic and ready to provide service, he was not 100 percent sureif the free wasj was still available but he said "come on by and we will figure it out" drove there and got to the window spoke to Ethan who explained the coupon was no longer available he delivered the news in a professional friendly manner, i was happy to pay for my wash just based off how these gentlemen handled the matter and provided 5 star service. Not to mention this is in my opinion the best wash in town. With this being said Tommy's has a couple of amazing customer service representatives ! Which provided a breath of fresh air with regards making me feel like a valued customer. Awesome work guys!!!
