Didn't learn until after using it that the drying part was not functional, now I had to carry a wet mat around in my trunk. Decent wash and they did have a promo for a month membership that was the same cost as the wash.

I still had bird poop and the front of my car still had bugs and dirt by the grill. There's no free window wash or anything besides the vacuum. At Flagstop they give you free rags and window cleaner. You can pay for these items, but I didn't feel like doing so after the wash I already paid for. The employees were friendly, but I won't be returning.
