But, there’s a certain level of unpredictability when you mix teenagers in masks and no way of being held accountable. During our visit Saturday evening an employee took the experience too far. I understand the need for employees to ‘scare’ the guests to go along with the experience, but going as far as putting not only putting your hands inside my car, but also on my girlfriend’s body crosses a huge line of professionalism. Remarks regarding her appearance while doing so pushes the line even further. Employee is pictured below, I highly doubt they will face any repercussions, but the fact this even happened to begin with should speak volumes on the service you could expect at this establishment.

The past couple times I’ve been one of their managers, Lindsay has been saying vulgar things and foul language at me for not loading onto the car wash well enough. It’s just rude and because of her I won’t be returning. Please fire her.
