I walked over got there at 3:57. I didn't get my car until about 5PM. Something was going on. I kept hearing all kinds of noises (beating , banging and grinding) but was told they were topping off my fluids. There's just no way that's what they were doing. On top of that, why did it take all day?! Then I get there and it took another hour?! I got my fluids replaced and new spark plugs and it took that long? I was the last one even though my appointment was the first one? Makes no sense. I was given two free oil changes but honestly I will not use them. The guy at the front desk was nice but I was very annoyed at the situation and actually felt like I was being avoided because I was left alone in the waiting area pretty much the entire time so I couldn't express my frustrations. The technician did come into the waiting area and acted like he couldn't care less that I was waiting so long. Didn't even explain why it was taking so long other than topping off the fluids. Lie! I don't recommend this place.

I pulled up with a flat tire right before closing, and instead of turning me away, John and his team immediately helped me out. They inspected everything carefully and found that my wheel was cracked. John helped me source a new wheel, tire and replaced it all as soon as it came. Truly the nicest and most genuine crew who actually care about their customers like It’s their family. Best tire shop in Richmond, hands down!
