- JPJoe PayneAug 28, 20251.0The lady working today at 6:30pm on Aug. 28th is the Karen of all Karen's! And this isn't the first bad experience with her, yet she still works here. Is the owner that desperate to have this employee still on payroll driving customers away?? I was going to make a purchase based upon a price that was clearly posted on a sign. She refused to honor the price, ripped up the poster, and said she was hot honoring it. That's false advertisement or bait and switch. The right thing would have been to honor the price posted and THEN remove the wrong priced poster. If you are the manager/operator of this location, you just lost a long time customer because of her attitude alone. If you want to discuss, please provide a contact number or a date you are at the store and I'll be happy to stop by and chat. Meanwhile, I've taken my business and $ elsewhere.
