Rick Bernard was recommended by my niece and I wasn't disappointed. Rick was very professional and has a great attitude. I'd highly recommend him.

I booked an oil change online and the website clearly showed $91.94 with a note saying “Price varies by model. See consultant for details.” However, when I arrived, the cost was over $160 with tax. The explanation given was that my vehicle, a 2024 Lexus NX 250 (one of the smallest Lexus engines), requires more oil. If my NX doesn’t qualify for the $91.94 price, then which Lexus model does?
They did apply a small $7 discount, but that hardly offsets the large gap between the online price and what I was actually charged.
The service itself and the waiting area were fine, but the pricing feels misleading and inaccurate. It should not be difficult to provide a proper price estimate online tailored to each vehicle model.
They even called me a day later to ask how my service was. When I raised the pricing issue, the only response was, “I cannot do anything for this, you should call us to get the exact price.” That’s unacceptable — do we have to call Amazon to confirm the price of an item before checkout?
Overall, disappointed that Lexus doesn’t provide an accurate price estimate on their own website.
