  I highly recommend Sheehy Richmond Ford for your next friendly, no pressure, car buying experience. Mike, our salesman was very knowledgeable and accommodating in every way. Dave, the manager gave us a great deal and everyone was super friendly and helpful!

  Mike assisted us in test driving the car we wanted gave us all the offers that ford and dealership had and how our financing affected the discount rates. He was very straightforward and did not try to sell us on any other cars. Nikki the finance manager was awesome I did not spend a long time at the dealership. Hope went over all extended warranty and options to tint the vehicle and explained all discounts available.

  Once my representative, Steven Whitman took over it was great and on time. I would recommend him highly. The problem is when you walk in. The people who greet you were very rude, I almost walked out. You need someone who is consumer friendly to greet people.

  Sheehy Ford is a comprehensive dealership including all departments from sales, finance, and especially the Service Department. My experiences with my specific Service Advisor, Nicholas Singler, and the work that department provides to their customers is beyond my expectations. We own two 2023 Explorers and are extremely happy and satisfied with the vehicles' performance and know that the knowledge and workmanship deliver what is expected for the maintenance of both 2023 Explorers.
