Mark Silver was great to work with and provided excellent service. The discounts were very good and Sheehy Ford did not have mandatory add on services that were required at other dealerships. This is a major plus. Reference the military discount, I received a certificate that stated I was eligible for the $500 discount but the system at the dealership did not show the discount available. A discussion with the Sales Manager, Dino Faupel, led to the concern being escalated to the regional manager to investigate. In addition, I contacted Ford Headquarters in which they also escalated the issue. Dino provided the confidence that Sheehy Ford would do everything possible to obtain the discount and pursue an answer quickly. I understand there was a glitch in the system that was corrected. Right after leaving the dealership, Dino contacted me and provided the good news that I would get the discount sent direct after filling out a form. True to his word, Dino sent me the form that evening and am awaiting the $500 check from Ford. This is good business. Mark and Dino were extremely professional, respectful, and courteous which is refreshing when trying to purchase a new vehicle. I appreciate the entire team in their patience when addressing the many concerns and questions to ensure all the paperwork was accurate. The major reason for coming to Sheehy Ford was the simplicity of purchasing the vehicle without getting mandatory dealership add on items that are not requested or wanted. Great customer service and thank you for a good job well done. This was a very positive experience and my intent is to return when purchasing my next vehicle.

I had an incredible experience purchasing my new F-350 through Andy. I came in looking for something very specific, a Raptor, Raptor 37, or an F-250. Andy listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted and how I planned to use the vehicle, and really took the time to figure out what mattered most to me.
He knew what spoke to me about the Raptors and F-250, but then thought outside the box and recommended the F-350. Honestly, I was not even considering this truck, but I am so glad I listened. It was the perfect recommendation, and I could not be happier with my decision.
Andy’s knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to match the right vehicle to the right person are unmatched. From here on out, I will only purchase vehicles through Andy for my entire family. And because I have a big mouth, I will be telling all my friends about him too!

Started off wonderful service. Took car in due to engine light came on. It was not on when I took it to the dealership. I just gave them the code Advance Auto gave me. DOWN HILL it went. I was never told that my car needed to stay at the shop and do not move it. It could void my claim. We after waiting for report on issues. I received a text video that my car was ready and someone would reach out to me. Mr. Simmons was the person assigned to me. He returned with the paperwork and keys telling me ok " I will let you know something when I get it. " I felt he knew and never stated I needed to leave my car. He was not new on the job. I however it was my 1st FORD and ever taking my car to a dealership for repairs. Because I moved my car my claim was denied and I am stuck with out of pocket expenses cost in the thousands. Hard and expensive lesson learned. When all the appointment staff and or Mr. Simmons tell me the car had to stay. I could have made arrangements.

I was a patient at St. Francis Hospital when my wife told me that our second car would not start. I knew it had a dead battery and what am I going to do about having the battery replaced.
I knew that I could call AAA and they would pickup the vehicle and carry it to a repair shop and have the battery replaced. But being in the hospital I did not like this choice.
Then I remembered that my Ford Dealer "Sheehy Ford" offers a Mobile Repair Service. I had never used this service before and did not know what to expect. So I called Sheehy Ford's "Service department" and setup the appointment which happened to days before Christmas.
The service technician arrived on time, and knew what had to be done. You see, my vehicle; a 2018 Ford Escape, the battery is not in the easiest location to get to and your friendly auto parts store offering free battery replacement cannot change it and refer you to a dealer.
When I received the invoice for the service all charges were very reasonable.
I want to thank Sheehy Ford and their mobile repair service for being their when I needed them. Just for the record I am 87 years old.
