  I just purchased a new 2026 f250 super duty pickup truck staff were absolutely awesome as always my purchase my first truck there in 1984 my 5-star rating is based on my salesman Carlos Hernandez extremely patient man gave me all the information necessary to make the best decision for me if I was buying the vehicle that she he forward I would definitely ask for Carlos again you should too.

  I found the truck I wanted on the Sheehy website. I live near Frederick MD. so I originally went to the Sheehy Dealership in Gaithersburg MD. I could have had the truck transferred from Richmond for a resaonable $300 fee. However I felt that the sales rep was less than transparent about pricing of the truck. I left and went back online and began the purchase process directly online with Sheehy Ford of Richmond. I couldn't complete the process online, I called and spoke with a Sales Rep Stockton Worden who assisted me with completing the process. Once I arrived in Richmond the following week Stockton was efficient and made the process easy knowing I had traveled 3 hours and was heading back to MD afterwards. Everybody at Sheehy Ford of Richmond were friendly and a pleasure to work with from Stockton, Nicki and Joy. I love the truck! Thank you all. All the Best, Doug

  I found the car I wanted to buy specifically at Sheehy Ford in Richmond Virginia and so I made contact with James Vance and Stockton. I filled out the credit application and was approved for the 2026 Mustang GT Premium. I flew in from out of state (California) and James actually picked me up from the airport early the next morning. We went straight to the dealership where I made my purchase. I'm taking the time to write this review because from the moment I began this journey with James and Stockton, it was the "absolute" best customer service that I've ever received. These guys were amazing and I must add that the entire staff there was great. I'm a 60 year old man who pays close attention to the way I'm treated especially when I'm about to spend my hard earned money. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys (James and Stockton) along with the entire staff there at Sheehy Ford of Richmond Virginia as the entire atmosphere was warm, professional and inviting. I'd definitely recommend to anyone considering buying a Ford to come here where you won't get pressured but you will be treated the absolute best by James, Stockton and the entire team there at Sheehy Ford of Richmond Virginia. Because of my amazing experience I'll fly in again and again for all my future purchases (by the way this was Mustang #7, I think I like Mustangs). Thanks again to James and Stockton.

  Today I picked up my Ford Edge from Sheehy, where Nicholas Simmons oversaw the service on my vehicle. This was my second time working with him, and once again, I was extremely impressed. Both visits were due to my engine light coming on, and unfortunately, my warranty claim was denied due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite that setback, Mr. Simmons truly went above and beyond to help resolve my car issues. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service really stood out. Before I left, he carefully reviewed and printed all of my paperwork, taking the time to clearly break down the repairs and associated costs. He offered thoughtful suggestions on how to approach the repairs, including prioritizing what could be done first and advising whether I would need to leave the car or if certain services could be completed within a few hours. That transparency and guidance meant a great deal to me, especially as I discussed everything with my son. We will definitely be seeing Mr. Simmons again. He is truly an asset to the company and exemplifies what it means to be a dedicated employee who aims high to please customers while performing his job with excellence and ease.   This review is being written on behalf of my Hispanic parents regarding a very disappointing experience they had at your dealership. They came in ready to purchase a vehicle and were already pre-approved for financing, so they expected a straightforward and respectful process. Instead, the manager who assisted them repeatedly asked about their income, even after they explained that they were already pre-approved. The questions felt unnecessary, and the tone used toward them came across as dismissive and disrespectful. What was most upsetting was the sudden change in the manager’s attitude. Once my mother stated the amount she earned, the manager’s tone and demeanor shifted completely. She became noticeably more polite and accommodating. This made it seem as though my parents were being judged or treated differently based on assumptions about their financial situation. Although my father ultimately purchased the vehicle, the experience left a negative impression on them. Buying a car should be a positive and respectful experience, but instead, they left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This feedback is being shared in hopes that the dealership takes it seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with courtesy, dignity, and fairness, regardless of their background or appearance.
