Had an awesome experience getting my windshield fix with Safelite! Making the appointment online was very easy and they were able to come out to my location, which was great. The tech, Nicholas, was super nice and called ahead of time to let me know what time he would arrive. He did a great job fixing my windshield and my car was very clean afterwards too which I always appreciate :) Definitely recommend this Safelite location!

Stay away from this place at all cost! They scheduled to come to my house and never did, after minutes on the phone. I could finally talk to a human and I was told to bring the car to the shop the next day at 8 AM. Everything had been set up between the shop in my insurance company, but when I got there, they said that I didn’t have a claim for my insurance to pay for, and therefore I had to pay out-of-pocket. I just took my keys and walked away, and from their parking lot I called AUTO GLASS NOW! IF I WAS NOT CLEAR, THE FIRST TIME, LET ME SAY IT AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

It was convenient, the guy came out to my apartment and did the change in the street. However he did not lay the weather stripping back down all the way that runs up the side of the glass and over the top of the truck. The bottom is sticking out like it wasn’t put back properly. Now you can clearly see a gap between the rubber and where it’s supposed to be tight to the top of the truck. Also I had a crack start to develop about a week after the installation and I had emailed them about all of this and never heard anything back. I would not choose safelite to replace my glass again. $400 for not a very good job in my opinion.

My Gucci sunglasses “mysteriously disappeared” after service. With inclement weather, I did not notice immediately as I work from home. When I called, I was met with hostility and told there was nothing to be done on their part. No apology, nothing besides “why didn’t you call within 24 hrs?” And “can prove you had the glasses in there?” Don’t use them unless you want things to go missing and won’t replace your windshield with OEM glass.

Absolutely miserable experience every step of the way. Was given a 5 hour appt. window of 12-5 pm. Received no communication from anyone until after the appt. window and after I had contacted corporate after trying to get through to the store. Was given the run around and told the shop "could not reach" my technician, but that they were on the way. 30 minutes after the 5 hour window, the technician reached out and told me he was still 45 minutes away. After asking if this was accurate, as they had already missed the 5 hour window, was given lots of attitude from both the technician and the person answering the phone at the shop. When the technician finally did show up, they worked on the car for two hours and messed up all of my additional safety systems when attempting to recalibrate the car. The technician told me this was a 20 minute fix, but would require me taking my car into the shop the next morning. After taking my car to the shop, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half I asked how much longer it would be, at which point i was told they still could not figure out the issue and would likely be another 45 minutes to an hour. It has since been another hour and still no update or word. This business does not communicate effectively nor take responsibility for when they mess up. This has been an incredibly frustrating process and I will not be returning to safelite. EDIT: After having to go back to Safelite so they could attempt to recalibrate the Car again (third attempt) I was told this would include replacing the windshield again. I had to wait the weekend for the glue to set on the original replacement, but then Safelite said they would take care of my car first thing that Monday morning, and would take between 2-3 hours. I dropped my car off as soon as the doors opened and work was not started on the car for at least 2.5 hours. When I was finally given the okay to pick up the car 5 hours later, the replacement windshield had visible scrapes on it, and when driving the car, you can hear the windshield knocking against the frame. After attempting to call safelite 3 times and not getting through to anyone, I can genuinely say this is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life.
