  10/10 recommend. The customer service and quality of care for my vehicle was 100%. I highly recommend and will def use them for all of my future glass issues. They fixed the windshield on my truck for the fraction of the price of safelite… they also cane to my house and fixed the windshield!

  Fantastic service and support!! Helped with the insurance company claim, and promptly scheduled a date for service. Wonderful communication day of service... Arrived at my office, moved my truck to an area where they could do the replacement, and finished in 30 minutes!!! Best service all around!!

  I had my windshield replaced yesterday by this company. When the installers arrived at my house he asked if he could pull my vehicle down the road to be in the shed I was a little hesitant to let him do that but I did because it was very hot outside, wrong move!! Always keep your vehicle where it can be seen. When he came back with my vehicle he asked if he could show me something. He ask me did I know that my sunroof was leaking? I said no my sunroof have not been leaking, then he goes on to show me where he said it looked like it could be water staining on the fabric. I saw NOTHING on the fabric because there wasn’t anything on the fabric!! I’m now thinking to myself why are you even looking at the sunroof you’re here to replace the windshield!! My windshield was being replaced due to a crack in the windshield not any kind of water damage. After the installers left I open my sunroof window and I noticed a freshly white substance running down on both sides of the sprains and on the sprains of the sunroof I found this to be a little strange it was freshly put on I begin to wipe some of it off but then I thought well let me call the company maybe they put something on it for whatever reason and I’m 100% sure the installers did it without a Second doubt!! I called the company and I spoke with Rob I explain to him what was going on but before I could finish getting the words out of my mouth he jumped right into defense mode he was very rude and seems to be a little Argumentative. Rob you told me everything I needed to know about your installers and your Company you were very nice before you did the job but after the job was done you didn’t wanna here anything I had to say so I guess now I’ll just sit back and wait for my sunroof to start leaking because whatever they put on it I’m sure it was something to clog up the holds or something so the water want be able to drain though wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same stuff they used to install the windshield!! NOW THE ULTIMATE QUESTION IS WHY?? WHY?? WHY DID THEY DO THIS??? I guess this is the kind of world we are sadly living in today! One thing for sure I would never use this company again in life and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!! 🙏🏼

  Rob's is no longer a brick and mortar business. He is a legitimate business owner. I've dealt with other come-to-you glass repair 'dudes' and found them to be at least satisfactory. Rob is very capable and thorough. He was prompt, efficient, meticulous in his craft and returned calls quickly. I will certainly seek his service again when needed. *Crack restored
