  4th and last time renting from the Richmond VA Penske group. Every single time I've had a significant issue with the rental. If it's not dangerous non-roadworthy vehicles, bait and switch vehicle availability, or abysmal customer service, it's having your car locked inside their gate without even a mention that no one will be there when you return. Don't waste your time or money on these clowns.
