I had the pleasure of working with Andrew today when I came in looking to test drive a few Mazdas. He was very knowledgeable, did not pressure me to make a decision, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible on my CX-5! He was extremely personable and made sure I had everything I needed and all questions answered. Never experienced a dealership to not work on there own brand. Made an appointment to have a starter replacement on 2004 Mazda 6 , but was told they could not get the part. Probably something to do with tariffs. I found one though at O'REILLY "S but will have to do it myself. Thank God for youtube!

Frustrations and anxiety were taken away when we walked in the door. We explained what we wanted and asked many questions, the staff here are presentable, pleasant and knowledgeable.
We were greeted with many smiles, Carrisa Ong, Freddy S and Heidi Wajciechowiski were top notch. We both had a very unpleasant visit with Whitten Brothers Mazda so we decided to take our business elsewhere.
The cockiness of the staff steered us away, lack of knowledge of the product being sold was a major disappointment. As well as the not needed remark… “I have been working here for 5 years and I have never messed up a trade in value” remark was unprofessional and cocky.
The best part about visiting Whitten brothers was running into an old class mate Eric L.
Pearson Mazda was cheaper, gave us a very negotiated trade in value for our Kia K 5 and left us happier than we arrived. We would definitely recommend the Pearson family for others in the future.
