    Pearson Jeep did the work on my vehicle but I wanted to shot out Mazda’s GM. They partnered with Pearson Jeep to assist with the issue I had at hand. I took it to Pearson Jeep because they specialize in Jeeps. Warranty did not cover the issue with my vehicle but the GM from Mazda covered it for my wife and I. Good customer service is not common in this climate but I truly appreciate Mazda’s GM for stepping in hearing me out, and fixing the situation. I expressed prior concerns I had and how I felt brushed off after I bought my vehicle not even a month in. I expressed how I was made to feel as if well you bought the car it’s on you now. I dropped a lot of money for my wife to get her dream car and even told the GM how that experience made me feel. That’s why I was hesitant and I didn’t want to go back to them. He paid it forward for me and I did the same in my line of work. Thanks for the professionalism and going the extra mile for my wife and I. I Thank you so so much.

    I thought this was a great place to buy a car from. Especially, since the first time I brought a car from Pearson Mazda the process went smoothly. The second time around I did not like how things went. I felt like I was ripped off and they tried to get whatever money they could up out of me. They tried to make me feel like they were helping me. I was lied to and I felt like I was taking advantage of. If you don't know anything about the car buying process. I would not recommend buying a car from Pearson Mazda on West Broad St.

    After doing much research online and picking the exact CX5 we wanted I reached out to Pearson and Whitten Mazda to see if they had what I wanted in stock, I spoke with a Scott who called and emailed me and stated that Pearson had what I wanted however only with a black interior .. I said I was firm in my decision I didn’t want black interior however I would also consider a grey cx5 as long as it had lighter interior. Scott then proceeds to make a smart remark about me not willing to budge on my color preferences even tho the second color I gave him you all had in stock with a light interior, I then asked for an out of the door price and we had planned on using the special rates for 36 months as we typically don’t take long to pay off our cars, it took him 4 DAYS to reply with a price for me. By that time my husband had already been in communication with Whitten brothers in Midlothian Va and they had the original color combination we wanted so my husband and I decided to go with Whitten despite Pearson being a little closer to us however I don’t appreciate snarky or condescending remarks over my interior color preference when this is a big decision for us as we haven’t purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years.

    Bait and switch! Appointment to test drive a car and when I get there they tell me they just sold it. Not a customer in the building. They proceeded to try to sell me "the same car, just a different color". No, not near the same. 30,000 more miles, 4 owner, auction car. Not the 1 owner low miles car I went to buy. No phone call or text to keep me from driving all the way there. Just RUDE and dishonest.
