  This NTB location is the best! We’ve brought our Toyota in multiple times now and we’ve had nothing but great service, timely repairs, and amazing good standard of work for cost! Phil, Glenn and the other manager do an excellent job. And I recommend this location to everyone I know in Richmond :)

  Came to get a tire patched. They refused to do it because it was “too close to the edge” and regardless I needed two tires… came to a family friend’s business where they patched my tire and confirmed that my tires are fine for a few more hundred miles. The reason for the three stars is because they USED to be honest. But it’s all new guys now and I just don’t feel comfortable coming to corporate businesses anymore. It’s all about profits. Support small businesses!

  Patrick and Glenn truly saved me and my car after I ran over a carpenters screw the night prior and it destroyed my rear tire, plus the car had some additional issues. I was so anxious it would involve multiple tows, taking it to the dealership and spending almost a thousand bucks on unnecessary services, and Patrick was kind enough to offer options to look at it first. He called me to say they could take care of it and had the exact model of tire I already had on the front, so they were able to replace both rear tires with labor at a very reasonable cost. Thanks to both Patrick and Glenn again for their awesome work!

  Courteous and friendly staff and quick service! I’d had my car towed in with a flat tire and not only did they have no problem taking in a surprise appointment but they had the tire replaced the very next day. A day or so after picking it up, I had noticed a small piece of my gravel shield in the under carriage near the area that had been serviced had come loose at some point from the work (it’s an older vehicle—it happens!). After a quick call, they invited me right back and moved my vehicle to the top of the queue to get the gravel shield fully repaired and my vehicle back on the road. It couldn’t have been easier or faster, and the desk staff and technicians did everything they could to make sure I was fully satisfied and the work done as quickly as possible. Great, friendly staff, and will definitely be coming back for all of my tire work in the future! Thanks Phil!
