  I love being an Emerald member. This is one of the best options I’ve ever chose. I like choosing my own vehicle it was a brand new Nissan Pathfinder and the price was awesome for the weekend. Every where I travel I will use National.

  As someone who spends close to 200 days a year in a rental car, I can confidently say that National consistently delivers — and the Richmond National location is no exception. I’ve made multiple trips through this location, and every single time the experience has been smooth and professional. Beth has been absolutely amazing at checkout — friendly, efficient, and always making the process seamless. This most recent trip, Moe assisted me at checkout and provided the same top-tier service. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. One of the main reasons I love using National is the ease of the entire process. As an Executive Elite member, being able to use the app and head straight to the car makes travel so much more efficient — especially when you’re constantly on the move like I am. My only recommendation for this location would be to offer a few more luxury vehicle options on the National side (rather than Enterprise) for Executive Elite members. With the amount of time many of us spend on the road, having a broader premium selection would be a great addition. Overall, outstanding service and a team that makes travel easier every time. Richmond National continues to exceed expectations.

  I always rent with National when I am traveling. Always clean, new and well maintained vehicles. This was the first time at the Richmond Virginia airport location. I personally found getting to the National return site a bit confusing and a very tight turn to get into the lower level of the facility. No complaints about National, just where it's return entrance is situated.

  We had the exceptional experience of using National for our car rental choice during a recent trip to Virginia. The customer service and professionalism exceeded all expectations. Each person we had contact with, from the initial contact when signing papers to the last contact when leaving the garage, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This was our first experience ever in choosing National car rental, and in the future, it will definitely be our selection for rental choice. Very easily a 10 out of 10! The BEST!

  One of my best rental experiences with this national branch. The staff was so nice. I forgot to fill my gas tank and they even waived my gas charge. 5 stars!!!!
