They always have a very decent selection of cars, and if one is not available that I like, there is no issue with an upgrade. The staff is very friendly & professional. Today, while returning my rental I let them know the car could use new wipers and they immediately asked if there were anything they could do for the trouble of having bad wipers. I didn’t expect any compensation for the wipers but the fact that they wanted to accommodate me for something minor (but annoying) shows that they really value my business. I’ve used a few others in the past when in a last minute rental pinch, but none compare to the level of service I’ve received at National. Just giving credit where due. Thank you!!!!
