- ETErika TarcenDec 28, 20251.0I went to this location for an oil change. Was greeted promptly & person was very polite & got me checked in. There was a little bit of a wait, but they took my car after about 10 minutes. I then went inside to wait. One of the employees brought my cabin air filter inside & asked if I'd like it replaced. I declined and told her I has just ordered new engine and cabin air filters. A few minutes later the same employee brought my engine air filter in and asked if I'd like it replaced. Again, I declined. After my oil change was done, I went outside & the employee was resetting my oil change indicator. Great - thanks so much! But, then I noticed my Oil Pressure Sensor warning light was on. He tried to tell me to "just drive it for a little & it will reset". Um - no. After a little back & forth he went to check with the manager. They re-did the oil change and the light went off. So, I go to change my filters on Saturday (oil change was Thursday). There are seed pods and leaves in the floor where the filter goes AND THERE IS NO FILTER! The cover was there but the filter compartment was empty. There is no way for it to fall out. Then, when I went to change the engine oil filter I see excess oil splashed and smeared in various places on the engine. All in all just a bad experience. Yes, they were very nice & polite, but DANG you have one job and you left me a mess to clean up. Not the end of the world but for $100 plus dollars I expected a lot more.
