Try to get you to waste your time and make you drive to the store for a question that they can very easily answer over the phone but will tell you that they can’t when I know for a fact that they can other locations have done it I know that they can. I was simply trying to verify whether or not they took a specific fleet maintenance which they can type into their system and say yes or no whether or not they do or do not but they want to try and make you drive all the way there and waste your time. This location needs a better train their employees on customer service.

Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. They have helped my wife in the past when she was running low on air for her tire and now her else to turn as well. 11/10 recommend.

- MRMichael RobertsDec 28, 20253.0love this place ! if you offer them other things or cash they’ll do brake jobs and tune ups for you off the table accepting cash or cashapp instead of making you pay the full price as long as you buy the brakes yourself but they let you use their store discount at the auto parts store ! on my receipt the amazing people who serviced me were “ quan, tresean, logan” according to my invoice ! love this place the guy manager letting you pay them less money with cash due to their ways of helping people who can’t afford jiffy lubes actual prices on the table is so helpful. the only thing that i dislike about the place is they move kinda slow and if the lady in the red shirt is there they make me come back another time. she’s apparently always sending brake jobs away according to her employees and they always talk about how she should be fired. treasean and daquaun did my breaks and offered the deal ! definitely recommend them if you want brakes cheaper than jiffy lube charges. my wife got a free oil change here and even got the deal on her brakes !
- EMElizabeth MyersDec 16, 20253.0Went to go into the lobby and a worker was standing inside near the front door.. as I go to walk in he says “oh we are having an import conversation right now”.. and so I had no choice but to wait out in the cold or go back to my car of course… but I just thought it was a little rude when they could of let me in and could have taken their important conversation to the back were employees only are allowed lol. The way he handled it just wasn’t professional so I decided to leave and go elsewhere… which I’m sure was fine with him anyways.. I’m sure he wasn’t up for the job lol… guy if you’re reading this.. just know you could have done better.
