Yesterday I went into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and it was a perfectly fine experience, I paid and left and everything was good. This morning I get a call and hear that they had forgotten to reinstall the skid plate and asked if I could return at my leisure and they would get it fixed for me, I showed up and in just a couple minutes everything was fixed and Anthony who helped me was very kind about the whole situation. Overall I had a good experience even with the mishap and that says a lot about a business.
