  I got my car inspected here by word of mouth. They had a clean place to sit, fresh BJ cookies and water. When my inspection was complete they showed me a potential issue and gave me positive feedback, an estimate if i choose to go back. I did not feel like i was “man splained too” Great service.

  I received an oil change and state inspection at Hilliard Automotive and the experience was solid. Great atmosphere, great energy, and strong customer service. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. I appreciate businesses that operate with integrity and good vibes. Definitely recommend.

  Honestly I don't remember one occasion that I had any problem here for the past 18 to 19 years I have come here for my car repairs. Honest pricing and diagnosis. They would not try to sell an engine if you need a rear end repair. Today it was sort of quiet but my concentration was constantly interrupted by customers coming in out which it didn't bother me before and then I realized the TV was quiet and displaying the company logo. Sure missed that TV.
