- CMCharlene MartinMar 2, 20265.0I drive so much I always need an oil change. This time is it the Toyota and Yes, you have to drop the shield plate to get to the oil filter. I just can't reach it to do it myself. These shops always have more variety in wrenches to reach tight places. These guys did a Great job even checked a few extras coolant, lights, and offered to vacuum my truck 😂😂 I have extra floor mats to help keep it clean. No, they are not clean but I am not going to make anyone else clean that mess. Maybe next time they can change the oil again depends on whether I am in the area.
