    Unreliable and poor customer support. Set my car to charge to 80% stopped at 49%. Had to leave dinner early to not be charged for being connected but not charging. Customer support was no help whatsoever. For one of the highest cost for KW delivered they should have much better support & reliability!

    Very intuitive system once the app is installed and you are set up it is very quick and easy to select the charger you were going to use. Pretty seamless systems so far 😁

    Sorry but most of the chargers are out of commission or disconnect from your car randomly. You think you’re charging and come back to your car to find it stopped charging 10 minutes in.
