Do not go to this location: their excuse for poor service is "low staff". I waited for 45 minutes to get my rental, and ended up leaving since there was no end in view for my waiting. If you cannot honor a reservation because you do not have enough staff, just do not take it. Do not push the burden on your customers. I also contacted customer support as indicated in the reply, and the customer representative had nothing to say about the situation. My name is unique enough for Enterprise to retrieve my information if they need more from me.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I made a confirmed reservation, provided my credit card information, and arrived on time — only to be told there were no cars available. When I explained that I needed to drive to New York City that night for an important meeting and could lose my job if I didn’t make it, the representative, Chris, dismissively said the best she could do was call me an Uber home. I honestly thought she was joking.
Instead of offering any real solution, Chris was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is shocking. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it’s an absolute embarrassment to the Enterprise brand

The young gentleman who helped us with picking up our SUV rental on Saturday, 09/06/25 (I didn't get his name), was exceptional! He initially had 2nd row captain’s seats but we required 2nd row bench seats, and he was able to locate the perfect SUV for us quickly and we didn't have a long wait time!! He had excellent customer service skills and made our experience a positive one.
The Wagoneer was very clean and served our purpose - we needed a vehicle with spacious room for a family of 5 to haul all of our things for a beach week vacation.
Please extend our appreciation and thank him for us!
