However, the employees at this location transform a very good business into an excellent one. One person, Maddie, even chipped the ice off my SUV during Richmond's ice storm. They match the vehicle to the driver's needs and explain the vehicle's controls thoroughly. For these people, going the extra mile is simply the way they do business.

Enterprise worked seamlessly with the insurance company, the body shop and me to make everything run smoothly. I was picking up the car at a time where there was bad weather in our town. The enterprise person made sure I had a vehicle with all-wheel-drive because that was comparable to my vehicles capabilities. They also met me at the body shop and made that process very simple.

My first car had a broken seatbelt, my second car had a smoke smell, my third car did not have any washer fluid. Leading to separate visits back to enterprise to swap out or rectify the problems. The other issue is by the 3rd car i asked to upgrade to an SUV with AWD and was quoted about an extra 7 dollars per day. It ended up being double. I never signed on a new number and did not receive a new RA. So instead of paying 300 something at the end of my rental i was shocked to find a 700 something bill. These were all avoidable and preventable issues, and instead I had to suffer the consequences.
