When I arrived on time with my confirmation, Enterprise staff refused to honor my reservation, claiming there were no vehicles available. Meanwhile, I personally witnessed white customers arriving after me being served immediately and given vehicles, even without prior reservations. When I asked for the area manager’s name and contact, the employee, Todd Miller, refused to provide it. When I calmly stated that I would look the area manager’s information up online, Todd falsely accused me of being “threatening.” Come to find out, the area manager is Tyler Moore, and it appears employees are being trained or allowed to treat customers this way under his supervision. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in leadership and accountability. This experience was humiliating and discriminatory. I was denied service, mischaracterized, and treated unfairly compared to other customers. Enterprise needs to address this issue immediately, retrain staff at this location, and enforce strict anti-discrimination and professionalism standards.

I returned to this location about 20 minutes after dropping off my rental once I realized I had left part of my luggage in the trunk. Upon my arrival, my luggage was returned to me with about $300 worth of items missing from it. I was assured by the manager (Christopher) that someone would follow up with me after investigating. I have spent weeks contacting this specific location (no one answers the phone) and following up with corporate. I have been told numerous times by corporate that they would follow up with this location, and still after a month have not heard anything back.

The Enterprise employee without hesitation offered additional $ off of the rental price. Very easy booking and pickup. We rented and checked in online so it took maybe 2 minutes when picking up and the same when dropped off! Would highly recommend Enterprise. Especially the employees at Richmond, VA airport.
