  Have been renting from this location weekly for several months. From the you lady checking me in, to pick up and drop off of the vehicle it’s been a great experience. Always polite, helpful, cheerful, made my work travel pleasant. Wish I could remember all their names and thank them !

  The workers went of their way to help me! But there needs to be a better working relationship between the airport and handicapped customers. We rent cars, and need to be able to easily get from the terminal to the rental area.

  Easy of use at this location, the only bump was that our rental was suppose to have XM radio but did not and my contract was suppose to be emailed to my home address but was not. I had to contact them and had it emailed the next day before I turned the vehicle in.

  Had arrived to drop off my mother at the RIC enterprise location at 5:50-6:00 am for pickup at 6:00 am and the counter was closed until 7:00. She had asked an employee of the airport who said he usually sees them come in at about 6:30 and another rental agency who said they see them at 7:00. Called the phone number twice which sends you to a enterprise rep and they couldn’t give me an answer as to why the front sales counter was closed even though on their end too it says the FRONT COUNTER should be open at 6 so I was left with a “we’re not sure but they should be there soon”. When the girl finally showed up around 7, my mother tried to check in and she said “I'm not ready yet” with an attitude and told her she could’ve read the sign and went to the garage where they have another booth which she already did 35 minutes prior but not being from here she went to the separate garage booth that wasn’t open. As someone who’s a manager in customer service, the lack of concern and hospitality was disheartening ESPECIALLY when it seems to me like the front counter (which should be your face of the business) just makes their own hours so it isn’t listed properly on the website. This put us behind and left us to book with another rental agency due to the fact that we are now behind an hour and a half in travel time on one of the busiest days of the year and the lack of a sense of urgency.

  Both the pickup and drop off was smooth. The staff was very polite and friendly. I especially appreciated their help on our return. My parents travelled with us on this trip, and the gentleman in charge of the return noticed their age and the amount of luggage we had with us. He told us to go ahead and drive to the front of the garage at pickup, so that the transit would be easier for my parents. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will definitely rent from Enterprise again!
