- RGRyder GJan 6, 20261.0Waiting over an hour for a car that was reserved a week ago is crazy. A reservation isn’t “to just reserve” a reservation with a time and date, is just that. Reserving anything at a certain time, place, and location means it will be ready at that time. A few minutes is acceptable, but over an hour is not. Employees doing mental gymnastics to explain why a car isn’t ready is just sad. If that car isn’t ready to go, you shouldn’t be able to reserve it for pickup. You either have it ready or you don’t, you knew the time frames to have it ready. Any communication would have been great instead of being told to be patient. Apparently enterprise is the only place that doesn’t know what a reservation means. There are no people waiting in the lobby, yet my rental is the last in line to be washed. Why do customers that are not here have priority over the ones waiting over an hour past reservation time?

Let’s just say the seats of this SUV were dirty I mean filthy. Stains were on my son’s pants. Had to place something in the back seat so anything else wouldn’t get dirty. I called enterprise on Saturday when I woke up however they were closed. So I spoke with someone name Chris who said he was the assistant manager. He seem like he didn’t care or couldn’t see what I was talking so I showed him pictures. Chris stated that they don’t wet vac nor clean the seats and the windows cause they were dirty also. I have pictures I will be adding to this review. They don’t clean these cars properly nor service them.

I called back the next day only to be told that they still didn’t have any SUV’s and I should call back again the next day!!! Instead of waiting another day without a car I called the Mechanicsville location where they not only got me a vehicle they also told me I shouldn’t have had to keep calling because the company protocol is I should have been contacted after my initial call! Through all of this I even contacted the district manager who still to this day has not reached back out to me! If you’re looking for a great & helpful location don’t contact this one go to the Mechanicsville location instead!!!
