When I first arrived, a gentleman asked if I needed a ride and I said no because my brother was on the way. Later, when my brother was still far, I asked the lady at the counter if she could arrange a ride for me. She told me they only provide rides within 10–15 minutes of the branch, while my location was about 25 miles away. I always use Enterprise in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and they have never disappointed me. Their customer service overseas is always helpful and professional. But this location truly broke my feelings with the lack of support and flexibility. I don’t understand the point of offering customer convenience if the service is this limited. I left extremely disappointed, and I will not be returning to this location again.
