  The Buford Road location has the best professionals working there! Close to my home, excellent customer service every time! I just wish people would stop smoking weed in the rentals. Your team tries hard to reduce the odor, but I called this ride the Weed Waggener because of the strong aroma of weed. Loved the Wagoneer!

  I had one of the worst rental car experiences of my life at this location. I arrived to swap a vehicle that was leaking oil and displaying a service warning. This swap was authorized by the Enterprise location in New York where I originally rented the vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the employee was dismissive, and treated me as an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. After confirming the vehicle was not roadworthy, the employee attempted to place me in a replacement vehicle that reeked heavily of cigarette smoke a clear violation of Enterprise’s non-smoking policy. I explained that I was traveling with a medically vulnerable infant with severe immune issues and that exposure to cigarette smoke was unsafe. The employee’s response was to ask if he should “spray something,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was also told I could not receive a comparable or upgraded vehicle, despite paying for a midsize rental. When I asked to retrieve my original vehicle to return home, I was suddenly informed I could not drive it leaving me effectively stranded with a sick infant. To make matters worse, the employee ignored repeated calls from the New York store manager who was actively trying to assist. My infant was left waiting in a cold vehicle for over an hour while the employee refused to engage. Only after I directly confronted him did he suddenly claim a suitable SUV had “just come in,” despite it being evident it was available the entire time. This was not just poor customer service it was negligent, deceptive, and unsafe. I am a frequent Enterprise customer and rely on rentals for medical travel. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism at this location was shocking. As a direct result of this prolonged delay and refusal to assist, I also missed my own scheduled medical appointment at 12:00 PM. This issue began around 11:00 AM and continued for over an hour while the employee ignored calls and failed to act. This caused unnecessary disruption to my healthcare in addition to placing my medically vulnerable infant at risk. I strongly urge Enterprise corporate leadership to review this location’s practices, employee training, and adherence to safety and non-smoking policies.
