I became unable to use my loyalty points with no clear explanation, after spending THOUSANDS! The common decency and sensibility of caring for a paying customer as not extended. I would think another rental option would be suffice.

They have lied to me too much to the point that, they told me that they would call me on Saturday and on Saturday the place is closed
