The quality of service has been declining in recent years. Sometimes the cars reek of smoke and pot, and most of the time they are simply dirty (especially inside of the windshields, and mirrors). Other locations in Richmond (such as Staples Mills or airport) provide better service.

I had to rent a car for the following day for a family emergency, which always makes me nervous because I've had issues with last minute rentals where the inventory listed online doesn't reflect what they actually have available. Austin helped me the day I picked up the car and the day after when I dropped it off- he was very polite, accommodating, and I was in and out of there both times in less than 15 minutes. I will absolutely rent from here again, especially as Turo has gotten so much more expensive!
