    I am truly disgusted with this branch. I called at 1:27 pm 2/13/26 and asked what day is my return and the lady told me “it’s today February 13th you have until 11:59 pm to return the vehicle or you will be charged $50 per day at your insurance company discounted rate”. I then asked her what time do you close and she said “6:00 however you can use the drop box if it’s after hours you have until 11:59 pm to return the car or you will be charged ” fast forward I returned the car BEFORE it was even 11pm. I called the next day and told them I left my ezpass and garage pass in the dash and she said “oh we put the car on the charger we haven’t even gone through it yet. When I was given the car it was on 78% when I returned the car it was on 94%. I took pictures and yet I was charged $175 on my cc for what?!! also I received a bill in the mail for $30 saying it’s for toll charges. I called corporate and they claim the manager was gone to reach out to me yet I have heard nothing from these ppl.

    The best Enterprise location on this side of Richmond. I’ve been coming to this enterprise to rent for a couple months now. Daniel and Nate provide unparalleled customer service. They are always so professional and helpful. You can tell they care a lot about providing the best service. They never complain and are always willing to help me get what I need. Always happy to see me every week. I appreciate every stress free experience I have so much, since I am there almost every week renting.
