  Had an extraordinary experience! Very different and unique from other car dealerships. Marcus and Amari truly took their time to help me and explain how they operate and allowed me to find the car the I was looking for without rushing or putting pressure on me. The Nationwide selection is great and, after requesting them to transfer a vehicle, they did so quickly and made sure the car was i excellent shape for when I came look at it in person. Couldn't have been an easier and smoother process, truly! All without feeling like I was being upsold or haggled into something I didn't want or need. They truly cared for what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Great great experience!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When good service still means something I just bought my new Subaru Legacy from Enterprise Car Sales in Richmond, and let me tell you — this was not your typical car-buying experience. It happened over three days (yes, three!) with a team that actually listened and didn’t pressure me. Day 1: I met Clayton, who took the time to really understand what I wanted. Day 2: I worked with Tony, who was just as patient and helpful. I still walked out again because I wasn’t feeling it yet. Day 3: Clayton called and said, “I think I found your car.” And he was right — that Subaru checked every single box for me and my son. What I loved most was how Clayton, Tony, and Rasheed (the manager) worked together — no competition, no pressure, just teamwork and real customer care. After visiting other big-name lots where I was either ignored or pushed, this was a breath of fresh air.
