  I had to exchange an item and the two boxes were pretty heavy, the 'who i believe' is the manager told me I could set the boxes down at the front while I wait in line and I think that was such a kind and well mannered gesture. They were great and friendly, honestly making it a great experience especially how they directed the process. They were multitasking amongst co workers, and it was a great scenario to see as their enthusiasm did not once flicker or become rude to any customers. I will most definitely be back! 🦭

  The staff were very friendly. I wanted to buy parts for my Lexus, but I left the store empty-handed. I won't go there again; I'll go to the store across the street instead.

  Arrived At this location on 01/18/26 to pick up an online order (a simple spark plug socket) i saw an employee outside changing a customer's battery and 1 other employee in the store i spoke to the lady and said im here to pick up an online order, i showed her the picture of the order and the barcode.. she then tells me its somewhere over there and points to the right of the store.. so i was honestly shocked because i had to look for my own order that i placed 3 days prior.. but i went and looked for my item on the shelve after 10 mins it wasn't there now a lined had formed. Same employee still outside changing the same battery... when the lady on the inside became swamped with customers, the after another 15 minutes.. a another employee comes from the back.. i showed him my order information.. and now he can't find my order so after 10 more minutes he finally just pulls one off the shelf... never have i ever had such a difficult time picking up an order.. please retrain all staff involved.. down from customers service to order fulfillment..
