  Let me start by saying how wonderful the employees in this location are amazing! Jaylin, Brandon, and a wonderful woman I spoke with via the phone (so sorry I didn't catch your name), were nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. The woman I spoke to initially (I was in crisis at this time) was easy to talk to and offered to help me while in crisis, even though it was right around when they were about to close. She handled the situation with poise and genuine concern, even though it was most certainly an inconvenience for her. I didn't end up making it out there for a day or so due to the snow/ice. I made it in today and was met with the same consideration as the first woman I spoke with. They answered all my questions clearly and steered me in the right direction regarding battery selection, etc. When I arrived at the store, Brandon was quick and attentive. He found my battery and ever so graciously changed it out for me without hesitation. While this was ongoing, I realized I needed new remote batteries as well. Jaylin stepped in and helped me sort through numerous possible batteries for my remote. After finding the correct one, I was struggling to open the packaging, and she handed me scissors before I could even ask. After the batteries were changed, they checked to make sure everything was running appropriately before letting me leave as well. My point is, all the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They go above and beyond for their patrons without making them feel inadequate for not knowing "everything" about cars. As a woman, this is BEYOND appreciated! If I could give this location and the people I made contact with 2500 stars, I would. Thank you for being wonderful, caring, and straight lovely individuals. I am grateful for each one of you!   Chris helped me at the one on Midlothian. I needed to exchange/ return an item and he was very helpful in making sure I got my money back and the correct part that was needed.
