But there was a young man who was helpful and polite. He saw me waiting and offered assistance even though two other associates were ignoring me.

I thought my pads were done but my mechanic said no, the rotors are damaged. The manager told me that, that was highly unlikely!!! Oh excuse her ma'am. Didn't know you checked my rotors and brakes as well....When I came back to get my refund, she shook her head at me... Like I'm wrong for getting what's owed to me. These dollars aren't donated. I work for mine just like you ma'am!!!
